Who We Are

Greyhaven is a non-profit society specializing in parrot rescue, refuge and adoptions whose purpose is to enhance the quality of life for companion birds through rehabilitation, compassion and the education of the general public in the care of exotic birds.

So much of what we do revolves around our generous foster homes and our sanctuary location. We also provide various programs to the public, and rely heavily on the support of our generous public support.

How We Spell Rescue

Rehabilitation – Physically and psychologically.
Education – Health, nutrition, interaction, community involvement.
Sanctuary – A safe haven for birds at risk.
Commitment – To ensure all birds are treated humanely.
Understanding – Compassion to caregivers who can no longer keep their bird.
Enlightenment – Alleviating the anxieties associated with companion birds.
